Hi, I'm Bryan, the technician behind House Call.

One person. Published prices. The kind of attention you'd give a friend's computer.

Why I started House Call

I kept seeing the same thing happen to people I knew. A slow PC. A pop-up that wouldn't go away. A new laptop that didn't feel right. And nobody to call who treated the problem like it mattered.

The big-box repair counter is loud, hourly, and impersonal. The local shop is closed by the time most people get home from work. And almost nobody explains what they're doing, or what it'll cost, before they start.

I wanted to fix that for the people I know, and the people they'd recommend me to. So I built this: a small, mobile repair service that comes to your door, between 5 and 8 PM, every day. One technician. Published prices. No surprises.

"I tell you exactly what it'll cost from the menu, before I do the work. If you say no, you pay the $99 visit fee for the diagnosis and we shake hands. That's the deal."

How I work

Every job goes the same way. I show up on time, I look at the problem, and I quote it from the menu. If you approve, I do the work and you pay what the menu shows, the $99 visit fee gets credited toward your repair. If you don't approve, you pay the $99 for the diagnosis and that's it.

No hourly meters. No "while I'm here, you should really…". No surprise bills. The whole pricing menu is published on this website, same prices for everyone, same prices in writing.

A little about me

Outside of House Call, I teach. I've been around computers my whole life, built my first PC at twelve, and I've been the family tech-support person ever since. Both worlds, teaching and tech, share the same instinct: meet people where they are, explain things in plain language, and don't make anyone feel small for asking a question.

My faith is a big part of who I am too, it shows up in the small stuff. Showing up when I said I'd show up. Charging what I said I'd charge. Treating someone's home like I'd want a stranger to treat mine.

On the move, Florida, June 2026

House Call is currently serving Loudoun County, Virginia. In June 2026 we're moving the business to the Tampa, FL area, Carrollwood (33624) and surrounding neighborhoods.

The model travels with us. Same menu. Same promise. Same technician. The website you're on now is the one you'll see in Tampa, with new service-area cities listed and the same published prices.

If you've made it this far

You probably have a slow computer, a stubborn router, a new laptop you haven't set up yet, or a tech problem that's been bugging you for weeks. I'd love to help.

Book online, give me a call, or shoot me a quick email, whichever feels easier. Every visit starts the same way: I show up, I diagnose, I quote, and you decide.
