A house call, start to finish
Every visit goes the same way. No surprises at the door, no surprises on the invoice. Here's exactly what to expect.
Book online or give us a call
Pick a service from the menu, choose a time that works for you, and pay a $25 booking deposit (applied to your total, it's not an extra fee). Square sends an instant confirmation with all the details.
- Evening slots, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, every day
- Same-day appointments often available when our schedule allows
- Booking link goes straight to Square, no back-and-forth scheduling
You get an ETA text
About 20 minutes before the appointment, you'll get a text from us with a real ETA. No four-hour windows. No "we'll be there sometime this afternoon."
We arrive and set up
Greeting, business card, quick intake form (your name, the symptoms you're seeing, a basic liability waiver). We set up at your desk, we don't move your computer.
$99 Visit & Diagnostic
We confirm the symptoms, run a baseline diagnostic, and figure out what's actually wrong. This is the part the $99 visit fee covers, our trip to you, and a complete diagnosis.
Then we quote it from the menu: "This will be $129 total, your $99 visit fee is credited toward the repair, so you'll pay $30 more when we're done." No hourly meters, no estimating ranges, no surprises.
Yes, no, or "let me think about it"
If the quote works, we get verbal "yes" and do the work. If it doesn't, you pay the $99 visit fee for the diagnosis and we shake hands. Either way, you walk away knowing exactly what's wrong with the machine.
If you need to think on it, no problem, we'll send the written quote via Square so you can come back to it later.
We do the repair
You don't have to hover (most people don't). Make a coffee, take a call, get back to your day, we'll let you know when we're ready for verification.
We test it with you
Reboot, verify the original issue is gone, have you log in and try it yourself in front of us. If something isn't right, we fix it before we close out.
Payment, walkthrough, and the receipt
One-minute summary of what we did, in plain English. Any tips to keep the problem from coming back. Then a Square invoice, cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit/debit, or tap-to-pay all work.
You get an emailed receipt with the work performed, the price, and the 30-day labor warranty on file.
Quick check-in
A short text the next day to confirm everything is still working. If it isn't, we come back at no charge under the 30-day labor warranty. If it is, we'll ask if you'd be willing to leave a quick Google review, but only if you genuinely think the service was worth it.
What if it's complicated?
Real visits aren't always tidy. Here are the three less-common outcomes, and exactly how each is handled.
You decline the repair
The quote isn't what you wanted, or you want to think on it. That's fine. We complete the diagnostic, write up what we found, and you pay the $99 visit fee.
The device is unrepairable
Sometimes the diagnosis is "this can't be fixed reasonably." We explain why in plain language, walk you through replacement options, and offer recycling.
It's bigger than the menu
Hardware-level laptop repair, complex data recovery, multi-PC setups, these are quoted in writing after the visit. Never started without your written approval.
What you can count on
On time, every time
20-minute ETA text. If we're going to be late, you'll hear it from us before the appointment, not after.
Menu pricing, in writing
Every quote comes from the same public menu. Same prices for everyone, same prices in writing, before any work starts.
30-day labor warranty
Same issue comes back within 30 days, we fix it at no charge. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
Your data stays yours
We don't take devices off-site for normal repairs, we don't keep copies of your files, and we don't browse what we don't need to. Hardware-level repairs that need a lab are explained in writing first.
