Fully credited toward your repair if you approve the work. The $99 covers our trip to you and a complete diagnosis. It's kept only if you decline a fixable repair or the device is truly unrepairable (we explain why before charging). A $25 booking deposit is collected at booking and applied to your total.
All prices are the complete cost of that repair after your $99 visit fee is credited. Parts are extra only where noted.

Parts
Billed at cost + 15%. Receipts available on request. Manufacturer warranty passes through to you.
Warranty
30-day labor warranty on every repair. If the same issue comes back within 30 days, we make it right at no charge.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the work, we make it right or refund the labor portion.
Multi-device discount
Two devices, same visit: 50% off the $99 visit fee on the second device. Three or more becomes a custom-quote multi-PC visit.
Mac & PC priced the same
One menu across platforms. Parts pass through at cost + 15% on both.
Device recycling
$10 per device, add-on only (must be paired with a booked service). Ownership transfer is final; sign Recycling Authorization on the intake form.
Payment
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit/debit card, or invoice. Jobs over $300 require 50% deposit before parts are ordered. Square invoices include a tap-to-pay link.
